โI booked my 4 year old in to the Mindfulness workshop at Haleshott House of Art.
Before the workshop, communication was fantastic and thorough, Kate was very accommodating to my daughter's additional needs and welcomed me in staying with her for support.
On the day, Kate was very welcoming and was just so fantastic with all the little ones who joined her workshop; she was warm and approachable. There was a few different ages in the group and Kate communicated brilliantly with all of them. The activities offered were wonderful. My little one got a little distracted towards the end (as 4 year olds do!), but Kate had already thought of this and had a separate activity ready which meant that my daughter could move around a little and do something new.
The Haleshott studio is a fantastic space and perfect for the small group workshops. I'd love to book in another time and would highly recommend the workshops.
Thank you so much Kate!โ

โThe Haleshott House of Art studio is wonderful. If you are looking for a calm, fun, creative space to learn new skills and make Art, this is it!
Kate is an excellent and very patient teacher, she puts everyone at ease and has created a bright and inviting studio within her garden.
My 5 year old absolutely loved Kate's Paper Marbling workshop and came home with some brilliant finished pieces.
I also had the most relaxing and fun afternoon on the adultsโ Lino Printing workshop. Kate had meticulously planned it so we could dive straight in and enjoy the process, she encouraged everyone to experiment, which resulted in some gorgeous serendipity prints. I would of happily stayed there all evening.
Thank you Kate, bring on the next workshops.โ

โMy 6 yrs old daughter attended the art workshop there and she loved every moment from the right beginning till the end. The artist Kate is very experienced in teaching and also has a good approach towards children. The workshops I have booked there are creative and fun. I strongly recommend Haleshott House of Art for any children who are interested in arts. Remember to book it early as the spaces run out fast!โ

โMy kids absolutely loved Kateโs marbling workshop! She was so patient with the kids, offered help when needed but really let them have the space to explore things in their own way and experiment freely with colours and patterns. Iโm so glad I signed them up for a class this summer holiday, Iโll definitely be booking them into one of Kateโs workshops again soon. Highly recommend!Description goes hereโ

โWhat a wonderful morning with Kate in her gorgeous studio and garden. My 5 year old loved the marbling workshop and the whole session felt really relaxed with Kate showing the kids what to do but also putting them at ease. She gave them space to do their own thing and provided a bit of guidance when needed. It was really nicely paced as well with a little break for a snack before the second half. Weโll definitely be booking more sessions, thanks so much again Kate xxโ

โI loved everything about my experience with Kate at Haleshott House of Art. The space is bright, and super relaxing. Kate is lovely and very patient. It was my first experience doing Lino Printing, in fact the first time Iโve done anything hugely artistic since school over 30 years ago. I absolutely loved it and was very happy with the finished product. It was a very therapeutic experience overall. Highly recommend.โ

โWe found Kate through Instagram. I ended up booking all of her available classes for my 2 children aged 5 and 8 because they had such an amazing time at their first session. The classes are small group so they get a lot of one on one time and take away a beautiful piece of art at the end. The workshop is in her gorgeous garden and mine loved a quick snack break while playing on the swing or with the other children. It's a really unique holiday class and we'll be booking again when classes open up!โ

โMy son really enjoyed the marbling workshop so much so we jumped at the chance to book on another class when a space became available. The classes are small enabling the children to really benefit from some one on one time with Kate who is fab and explore their creativity. Would 100% recommend and keen to try an adult workshop myself.โ

โWhat a fantastic morning on the marbling workshop! My daughter absolutely loved it and keeps asking when she can come again! Such a beautiful studio and setting with a real 'home from home' feeling which I think helped my daughter feel at ease and enjoy the session. Excellent communication and ease of booking...looking forward to hearing about future workshops...we will definitely be booking on again. Thank you Kate xโ

โI recently booked Kate/Haleshott House of Art to run a private group lino workshop for a friend's 40th in her garden studio. Kate was brilliant. She came up with lots of inspiring examples to get the creative juices flowing. She showed us lots of different techniques and then let us get on with it, supporting when needed and directing us at each stage of the process. We were all over the moon with what we managed to achieve. The studio where we held the workshop was peaceful and calm, perfect for the day. We even had a glass each of Bucks Fizz which was a lovely touch. I'll definitely book Kate again for more workshops, she is an insanely talented artist and an excellent teacher.โ

โI've been to two of Kate's workshops for adults now and have taken my children to her kids classes too ... All of the workshops were fantastic!
She's so well organised, a brilliant teacher and puts so much effort into ensuring everyone really enjoys themselves.
The workshops are such good value for money, so fun and we look forward to booking more in the future,
Thank you Kate!โ

โI booked the poly block printing workshop for my 5 year old after seeing Haleshott House of Art on Instagram. My daughter was nervous when we arrived but Kate immediately made her feel welcome and at ease. The workshop was the perfect level for the 4-6 year olds - who were all happily absorbed with the printing from start to finish. A fun and relaxed morning in a beautiful art studio learning from a lovely teacher - thank you!โ

โKate provides the most wonderful workshops for kids, she is enthusiastic about her work and instils a real creativity in the children. It was lovely to see my son engaging in the task and he is so proud of what he has produced. The setting is incredibly well equipped, whilst feeling very home-from-home so the children feel comfortable and settle in quickly. We will definitely be rebooking!โ
